 You know I favor the spicy stuff and I adore Chile Rellenos. I just had to share this with you all. Natalie's awesome photo really made me hungry!

That looks good! We like chiles rellenos, too, but I don't cook them because deep-frying is too much trouble. This looks like a much healthier alternative.
